The City of Colorado Springs Golf Division is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking golf course management professional to serve as Golf Course Superintendent at Patty Jewett Golf Course, one of the oldest continuously operated public courses west of the Mississippi. Featuring 27 holes, a pro shop, restaurant, and driving range, Patty Jewett is a historic community asset that has served generations of residents and visitors.
The City continues to invest in the course's long-term sustainability and playability, including a modern Toro Lynx irrigation system installed in 2025. The ideal candidate will combine strong agronomic knowledge with effective leadership, solid fiscal management, and a dedication to delivering exceptional playing conditions and customer service in a high-volume municipal environment.
Work Schedule : During the golfing season Monday through Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm. The schedule shifts to 6:00am-2:30pm during the shoulder seasons and winter months. Employee will be expected to work rotating weekend shifts, in addition to scheduled holidays.
