Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will assist senior leaders to stay organized, focused, and productive by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting day-to-day operations. You'll help create clarity, and make sure our leaders are prepared for each day. Executive assistants often handle sensitive information, including financial data, personal matters, and strategic business discussions. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment are essential parts of the role.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare reports and business documents such as customer and supplier contracts
· Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of executives
· Support facilities and office operations such as telecommunications and internet
· Handle sensitive information (people, finance, strategy) with strict confidentiality
· Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
· Manage credit card expense reports monthly
· Compare freight rates for common carriers
· Assist with daily fuel prices using Excel
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
· Two to five years’ experience preferred
· Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, with high level Excel knowledge required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills
