Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production operations, including screen printing, DTF printing, heat pressing, and embroidery.

• Operate, maintain, and clean production machinery and equipment.

• Prepare garments and materials for printing and embroidery.

• Assist with inventory receiving, organizing, pulling, and preparing items for production.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.

• Fold, pack, label, and prepare completed orders for customer pickup or shipping.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Support other departments as needed to meet daily production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, printing, or related fields preferred.

• Experience with screen printing, DTF printing, heat press machines, or embroidery equipment is a plus.

• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting boxes, and moving inventory.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Daytime hours

• Full-time position
